Shawn is the Director of Career & Counseling Services. Her main focus is to help students through the career decision-making process. She guides students along to help them find the major and career path that best suits their interests, aptitudes and personality.

Kirsten works with students at all levels to learn to identify their strengths, skills, and desires as it applies to work.  Resume assistance, assessments, help identifying where one might want to explore, and thinking creatively about how to leverage skills are just some of the ways that she can help.
