Change an Advisor - Majors Only (To Request a Minor Advisor)

If you decided on your major or are changing majors you probably need a new advisor. Changing your advisor is simple. Just fill out the required fields below and your request will be sent to the Academic Dean's Office. You will receive an e-mail response within 2 business days with the name, office number and phone extension of your new advisor. Your advisor will not be changed until you receive a confirmation from the Academic Resource Center. Freshmen are not eligible to change their advisor until March of the spring term. To request an exception, see Karen Kohn, DeRicci 206. Once your advisor change has been confirmed, be sure to set-up an appointment with your new advisor to review your academic plan. Long range planning should be done at another appointment separate from your registration appointment. |
