Peer Tutor Request Form

In addition to this form, you will also need to set up an appointment with Johnny Craig.  You can make an appointment by calling  the Student Resource Center front desk at 608.663-2281.

Learning Support Services (LSS) offers tutoring services to Edgewood College students in most introductory level undergraduate courses.  Please complete this form, and someone will contact you.
